    I Love Lucy Slots

One of the most popular televisions shows in the past, I Love Lucy is back now to entertain you. Only this time, Lucille Ball is back not on TV, but on the slot machines at your nearest casino. If you love Lucy, then you are going to enjoy the I Love Lucy slots developed by WMS gaming. The slots, available through WMS' Bluebird slot machines at brick-and-mortar casinos, can also be played online and on mobile devices. The game has been designed to take you back to the rib-tickling world of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, and it manages to do just that with ease.

I Love Lucy is a 5-reel slot with 27 paylines and a hoard of interesting bonus features. The symbols in the slot game include images of Lucille Ball, Lucy and Desi, Vivian Vance and William Frawley among others. The photographs of the lead actors are in a TV-shaped frame and remind the player of the once popular television series they may have seen as kids.

Other symbols in the slot include a bottle, a loudspeaker, the I Love Lucy logo, and a telephone. The slot has cascading reels, which means that symbols on the winning paylines disappear and make way for new symbols, thus increasing the chance for a player to win more in just one spin. Players are paid for all new winning combinations. The game also has wild symbols, one of which is the logo and the other is Lucy herself.

How to Play & Real Money Versions

The real money version of the slots can be played through WMS' Bluebird slot machines at a land-based casino. The game can also be played for real money online, or through mobile, where it can also be played for fun money. The minimum bet amount in this slot is $0.01 per line and the maximum is $5 per line. You can bet only one coin per line, and the betting range is $0.40 and $200. The highest payout of 500 coins is offered on a max bet when the player gets five I Love Lucy logos in a row.

    Bonus Rounds

One of the most interesting slots developed by WMS, I Love Lucy has a number of bonus features. One of the bonus features is called Win It Again, which offers the player a chance to win more. On top of the screen, there is a Win It Again meter with five columns. Each of these columns is filled with the amount you win in every spin. With each spin, the amount you win keeps moving right. The total is awarded to the players after three consecutive wins, or after 5 spins.

The Cash Out Chance is another bonus feature, linked to Win It Again, of the game where the player has a chance to win a mystery bonus up to a maximum of the total amount in the Win It Again meter, by clicking on the total.

If you get three Lucy and Desi Feature scatter symbols, the Lucy's Pick a Clip feature is activated. In this bonus, the player has to choose from 20 "I Love Lucy" heart symbols. Each symbol is associated with a video clip, a multiplier or the "All Awarded" symbol, which places the available four clips into one. The clip you get determines the multiplier you are awarded.

I Love Lucy Slots for Android / iOS / Mobile Device

I Love Lucy Slots are available for play not just at land-based and online casinos, but also on mobile platforms. The slot game from WMS is offered exclusively for play on Apple devices including the iPhone, iPad and iPod. However, these slots are for entertainment and not for wagering real money.

About I Love Lucy TV Series

I Love Lucy was one of the most watched TV series in America in the 1950s. The show, which stars Lucille Balland Desi Arnaz in the lead roles was first telecast on October 15, 1951 and went on to complete 6 seasons, ending in the year 1957.  Four of the six seasons of this television series were among the most watched across America. The last season of the TV series ended its run at the top of the Nielsen ratings. Besides Seinfeld and The Andy Griffith Show, I Love Lucy is the only show with such an accomplishment.

I Love Lucy is also in the list of TV Guide's Greatest televisions shows of all times and Time magazine's 100 Best Shows of All Time. The TV show is still popular and around 40 million Americans watch it every year.

The show was nominated for and won several Emmy awards. It won the Emmy for the Best Sitcom in 1953 and 1954. Lucille Ball also had several nominations for the show, and won the best comedy actress award twice. The only other actor to win a Primetime Emmy for the show was Vivian Vance for Best Supporting Actress.

The legacy of I Love Lucy continued even after the show ended in 1957. Both Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz featured in several TV series with the same, and similar characters. Among them, The Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour became popular and was aired for three years, from 1957 to 1960. The legacy of Lucy is such that since it was originally aired in 1951, I Love Lucy show continues to be on air across the US, on one television network or the other. As of 2013, the show was being aired on Hallmark Channel and Me TV Network in the US.
