    Bumble Bingo

A casino for those who accept average.

    Players from Russian Federation accepted

    • Website graphics are tough on the eyes as the color scheme is unappealing leaving us annoyed.
    • They offer a decent selection of popular land-based casino slot machines you can’t get everywhere.
    • Only a limited range of table games offered, none of which are live dealer games.
    • There are many different promotions, some of which are even useful for value-conscious gamblers.

    Bumble Bingo Review

In this exclusive Bumble Bingo review, we’re going to give you the inside scoop from a player’s perspective on the good, the bad, and the ugly we discovered at this semi-new online casino. After reading this article, you’ll know exactly whether or not this is the place you want to play.

Many of our readers are wondering if Bumble Bingo, a site that launched in 2016, is a reputable online casino. So, what we did was test out the site (made a deposit, played some games) for a while to get an accurate read.

We played some bingo, hit up the slots, interacted with the customer service team, and found out how long it takes to receive a payout. And now we’re sharing with you the results of our research right here in this Bumble Bing review.

A New Player Bonus That Isn’t Enticing

One of the first red flags we caught sight of when testing out Bumble Bingo was the ho-hum new player bonus promotions. Everyone knows that any worthwhile online casino will be willing to hook new customers with a bomb sign-up bonus. What we found at Bumble Bingo in this department was utterly disappointing. A typical sign-up bonus offered here is 200 percent of your deposit back – which is great, were it not for the fact that this only applies up to £100 and is solely available on bingo. That sure feels like a rip-off.

    Bumble Bingo Bonuses and Promotions

    1st Deposit
    2nd Deposit
    3rd Deposit

Players are only eligible to receive each bonus once. To withdraw winnings connected to the player’s bonus as per the site’s terms and conditions, the player must wager the amount of the deposit plus the amount of the bonus. To withdraw winnings from any free spins bonus, the player must wager at least 80 times the games bonus funds.

Promotions: One Department Bumble Bingo Thrives In

While the first, second, and third deposit bonuses aren’t up to par, we must admit that Bumble Bingo has some pretty cool promotions for new and regular customers. You will get 50 free spins on Fluffy Favourites as soon as you wager at least the amount of your deposit (with £10 being the minimum deposit required). So, if you deposit £100, you’ll get the 50 free spins once you wager that amount. To withdraw the money won from Fluffy Favourites, you are required to wager 80 times the bonus funds.

Instantly Turned Off by the Graphics and Lack of Games

The first thing we noticed when viewing Bumble Bingo was the brutal colour scheme of the website. Pastel colours are better suited for a young child’s bedroom, not an online casino – or any website for that matter. The software, created by Dragonfish, isn’t anything special either. There were multiple times when the software ran slowly, which was quite frustrating. On the positive side, although the graphics are terrible and the software occasionally lagged, we felt the site was safe and secure.

There aren’t many games available to play on Bumble Bingo compared to the great choice on offer across our list of top online casinos. With less than 200 slot machines and only a handful of table games, we can’t honestly say there’s a game to suit everyone here. Slot games offered were created by popular tech companies such as Konami and IGT.

Play Anywhere in a Non-Restricted Country

So long as you aren’t venturing into restricted countries such as the United States, you can access the Bumble Bingo site from pretty much anywhere. The software is available on mobile devices as well as desktop and laptop computers. We give the casino credit for making its gambling platform accessible on mobile devices, but that isn’t really anything unique to Bumble Bingo.

Customer Support Responsive When They Feel Like It

We were equally disappointed with the site’s customer service as we were with the mediocre software. But we should have known what to expect when, hidden away in the site’s Terms and Conditions, we discovered a note that read “our Promotions Team will respond within 72 hours” to email inquiries.

That’s insane. It should never take up to three days to respond to a customer’s email. That’s irresponsible and, quite frankly, enough of a reason to avoid this online casino even if everything else was up to par. Imagine telling your customers in whatever line of work you’re in that you’ll get back to them in three days. You’d be out of a job.

Hassle-Free Deposit Process, Not So Much With Withdrawals

Let’s turn the tone of our review briefly to something positive. It’s super easy to make a deposit at Bumble Bingo and there are many different deposit methods such as Visa and Mastercard, our preferred choices. We have no complaints in this area – in fact, we rate Bumble Bingo as one of the most convenient online casinos when it comes to deposits.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positive vibes stop. Making a withdrawal was quite an adventure. We first submitted our withdrawal in the cashier. Four days later, we still didn’t have our funds. We contacted customer service to find out what was up, but as already discussed, waiting for their response was a frustrating experience. A few days later, after multiple emails and phone calls to the customer support team, we finally got our money – but it should not have taken so long.

A Complete Waste of Time and Money

After testing out Bumble Bingo, we were curious to see how our experience compared with those of others. So, we contacted a few gamblers we know who also played there and, unsurprisingly, their experience was exactly the same as ours.

What this tells us is that everything we experienced at Bumble Bingo wasn’t just a fluke. It’s simply not a great place to play. There aren’t enough games, the software is weak, the customer support team is lazy, and we didn’t get any positive vibes from the site. You’re better off choosing from our list of recommended online casinos.
